Cherry Brandy

Ingredients:

  • firm ripe cherries
  • 3oz crushed sugar candy
  • 10 cherry kernels per every 1/2 kg cherries
  • 2 cloves
  • Brandy 

Method:

1. Half fill wide mouthed glass bottles with cherries.
2. Add flavourings to fruit and fill bottles with good brandy, and cork and seal securely.
3. Leave for three months then strain and re-bottle.
